Someone will contact you within the next business day with your quote, finalize the order details, or answer any of your questions.

Approval of all artwork and mockups are required before your order goes into production. Once completed you will be notified when your order is ready.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and referrals.

What services do you offer?

We offer custom graphic design, mockups, embroidery, digitizing, and DTF printing services, as well as private labeling for individuals, businesses, brands, and organizations.

Is there an order minimum?

Order minimum is 25 units for businesses, brands, and organizations Some exceptions for individuals looking to create custom personal pieces of 1-5 units. Call or email us with your order details for evaluation. Individuals can always send in their specific garments to be customized with no minimum limit.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, and bank transfers.

What is your turn-around time?

Production time varies based on size of order, order details, and project complexity. Small to medium orders 7-14 business days. Large size orders of 500+ please allow up to 21 business days. Custom orders requiring additional customizations may have extended processing times. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If there are changes to your order timeline you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders requesting for early delivery is considered a rush order and will be assessed a fee.

What is your return policy?

We understand that issues may arise. Our return policy is as follows: 1. Return Notification: Customers must notify us immediately if they wish to return items. Please Email us at graphicsbytaffy@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. 2. Return Conditions: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, sellable condition. 3. Return Address: Graphics By Taffy 715 E. Geer St., Ste. #B1-A, Durham, NC 27701 Refund Process: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow up to (5) business days for refunds to be issued. EXCLUSIONS: CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THERE IS A DEFECT OR ERROR IN THE ORDER CAUSED BY GRAPHICS BY TAFFY.
